The Fourth Annual Strawberry and Wine Festival

The Old Bridge Preservation Society will be hosting the Fourth Annual Strawberry and Wine Festival, a fun-filled day of strawberries, wine and music.

The event will be held on Sunday, April 24 from 12:00pm – 5:00pm at the beautiful Silver Coast Winery in Ocean Island Beach. Attendees can sample award-winning wines, learn the secrets of wine making and discover ways of broadening one’s palate.

Headlining the event is ‘Mike’s Garage Band’, a top notch Southport band playing the standards of the classic rock and soul era. And let’s not forget the gorgeous and delicious strawberries to be dunked in chocolate or served on a shortcake.

The event will be littered with booths from local vendors including service providers and sponsors, both inside the winery and on its grounds. Between all the shopping, wine tasting and dancing, attendees are likely to build up an appetite so be sure to visit our BBQ vendors and festival foods provided. Wine, beer, soda and water will also be available for sale.

Admission is $5.00; please no coolers, outside beverages, or pets. Parking is free. Bring your lawn chair, your dancing shoes and see you there!
